The Eighth Annual Lions Performance Festival held during the 9 1st Annual Lions International Convention in Bangkok, Thailand, featured performers from many different cultures.
From Alabama, USA, Pelham Lion Dianna B. Murphree sang, Alabama Jubilee.
From Indonesia, Lions from Multiple Districts 307 A and B presented a native dance.
Past District Governor Dr. Flavio Mendes of the Lins Lions Club, Brazil, shared his vocal talents in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Ventriloquist Mary Porter of the Guthrie Center Lions Club, Iowa, USA performed with her puppet, Suzi Q.
2008-09 District Governor Stanley Kopp of the Ashland Lions Club, Ohio, USA, sang the Broadway tune, "Oh What a Beautiful Morning."
