A Club Fact Sheet is a wonderful tool to distribute to media outlets or as a handout at community events.

Instructions for setting up a Club Fact Sheet:

1. Click here to set up a Club Fact Sheet. The easy to use template allows you to tailor it with your club's information.

2. Type the correct data in the sections provided and click "Submit." The final form will appear on your screen, ready for printing.

Note: Change the settings on your browser so information in the header and footer do not appear on your printed copy.

3. Print the form on your club's letterhead and include with any press materials being distributed to newspapers, television or radio stations. Use extra copies for handouts at community events.
